David Welder obtains $650,000 verdict in civil rights claim.
In 2012, Wayne Gerling was shot in his home with a taser by a Hermann, Missouri police officer over a parking ticket.
With David’s help Mr. Gerling pursued a Section 1983 false arrest claim against the officer in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
After a nine-year battle, Mr. Welder obtained a $650,000 jury verdict plus attorneys’ fees.
